Dubai’s real estate market continues to charge ahead in 2025, with a healthy pipeline of new homes coming online in the months ahead. After a strong first quarter of deliveries, the focus now turns to the dozens of projects set to hand over by year-end. Delivered So Far in 2025

As of the end of March, a total of 7,000 residential units (villas, townhouses and apartments) have been completed across Dubai’s market as per Dubai Land Department Data.
