Commercial transactions across both segments reached AED 168.43 million, accounting for 14.2% of the market, with off-plan properties contributing the overwhelming majority. Meanwhile, land transactions worth AED 468.17 million, reported separately, highlighted additional activity beyond the residential and commercial property categories.
