Dubai’s real estate market recorded a total transaction value of AED 43.64 billion in September 2026, supported by 15,248 transactions across off-plan, ready, and land segments.
Compared with August 2026, when the market recorded AED 41.35 billion across 15,259 transactions, September delivered a 5.5% increase in value, while transaction volume was effectively unchanged, declining by just 0.1%. Total sales transactions also declined from 11,244 in August to 10,622 in September, a 5.5% decrease. The combination of higher overall value and broadly stable transaction volumes pushed the average value per transaction higher during the month.
