Flow, founded by WeWork co-founder Adam Neumann, has secured a DIFC licence and plans its first UAE communities by Q1 2027. The company is targeting 40–50 Dubai employees by year-end, with projects planned in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and a new Al Quoz design centre.
