Off-plan activity exceeded the ready market by approximately AED105.50 million.

Commercial properties accounted for a further 5.0%, while hotel apartments and rooms contributed 1.3%. Compared with the off-plan segment, the ready market therefore displayed a broader distribution of activity, particularly through villas.

Apartments remained Dubai’s principal transaction driver, generating a combined AED743.27 million across the off-plan and ready markets, equivalent to 80.1% of total transaction value.
Villas were the second-largest combined category at AED154.53 million, representing 16.6% of the market. Commercial properties generated AED24.36 million, or 2.6%, while hotel apartments and rooms accounted for AED6.06 million, equivalent to 0.7%.
Overall, the day reflected a market led decisively by off-plan apartment transactions, which alone represented just over half of the entire off-plan and ready transaction market. The ready segment was more diversified, with villas accounting for more than a quarter of its activity and providing the strongest secondary source of transaction value.
