Dubai Real Estate Market Review: September 2024
Land transactions in Sep. 2024 was 37% of the total transactions. The market saw an increase of approximately AED300 million from August 2024 to Sep. 2024, and up AED 8 billion over Sep. 2023.
The Dubai real estate market recorded a total transaction value of AED 57.24 billion in September 2024. This represents a 0.5% change from the previous month (August 2024), which also saw AED 56.9 billion in transactions. Compared to September 2023, which recorded AED 49.25 billion, this marks a 16.2% year-on-year increase.
