Land transactions in June 2024 was 48.07% of the total transactions. The overall market saw a decrease of approximately AED 4.7 billion from May 2024 to June 2024.
The total value of real estate transactions in Dubai for June 2024 amounted to AED 57,301,033,080. This represents a significant increase compared to both the previous month (May 2024) and the same month last year (June 2023). The figures are as follows:
