Dubai’s real estate market recorded AED7,161.3 million in ex-land transaction value during Week 34, up 5.8% from AED6,767.0 million in the previous week.
The off-plan market remained the main driver, generating AED4,380.9 million, equal to 61.2% of total ex-land transaction value. The ready market contributed AED2,780.4 million, representing 38.8% of the weekly total.
Transaction activity also strengthened, with 4,427 total transactions including land, compared with 4,119 last week, an increase of 7.5%. Sales transactions, including land, rose from 3,109 last week to 3,429 this week, up 10.3%.
Land activity remained significant, with land transactions reaching AED3,303.6 million during the week.
