Ajman developer GJ Properties plans to launch a multibillion-dollar masterplan in the emirate before expanding to Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The AED8.5 billion ($2.3 billion) development, due to be formally announced at the International Property Show in Dubai next year, will comprise 27 towers and almost 10,000 apartments across about 15 million square feet, CEO Ali Jaber told AGBI.
