The 1,400-home project will include the UAE’s first Westin and Renaissance branded residences, with 70% of the site dedicated to landscaped gardens, parks and wellness spaces. Sharjah recorded AED4.6bn in real estate transactions across 9,139 deals in August 2026. Sales reached 2,367 transactions, led by Muwaileh Commercial, while Al Menhaz topped trading value at AED610.9m. Mortgage transactions totalled AED654.2m, highlighting continued activity across the emirate.
